At MK Scalp & Wellness Lounge, each appointment is reserved specifically for you. To ensure we can provide the highest level of care to every client, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following cancellation policy.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time to another client.

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid at the time of booking.

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows may be charged 100% of the service fee or result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full experience. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule. In such cases, the full service fee may still apply.

Deposits

Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service total but will be forfeited in the event of late cancellations or no-shows.

Emergencies & Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if an unforeseen circumstance arises. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
